The Waiting Game

Please tell me you have played this game......because it is not that fun to play alone. I am sitting here waiting to go to a "fun" event (Aggie Basketball) that we were supposed to leave earlier for. We have been delayed because of circumstances beyond anyone's control.

(SCREAM) I feel better.

So i move my piece forward or backwards on the board. If I am running the race 'set before me' it seems it would be to my advantage to move forward...... why do i seem to choose the latter with regret, so often. Today I am choosing to move forward. The way to move forward is to think on what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent and praiseworthy. Wow that is a lot to think about unless it can all be wrapped up in one package. Actually when I start to think on someone or something they fit many of those adjectives, but not all. There is only one worthy of praise!

White?

what happens when you type your post in white? i just did and it didn't show up. From now on i will know the answer to that question. I love white, in fact it's my favorite color. I know it's not really a color, but it was the color of my wedding dress and bunny rabbit, and snow...... so if it's not a color what is it?

So what is your favorite color.....blue, green, yellow?

Well, whatever it is I hear when you get old it will be purple. But my mother is 83 and her favorite color isn't purple.... so is she young? Be careful how you answer that question.

Now this is an interesting color, no doubt. My closet is full of it. It just tends to make all the other colors stand out...... Now that's what i call an unselfish color, don't you?

Now here is the "in" color..... if you are not green you are not! Which reminds me.... I bought my "green" bags at HEB and they are maroon with Gig 'em on them..... So actually maroon is the new "green".....

Day 2

The Ags got outscored yesterday, but we never lose.

We never lose a half-time either.

Just some Aggie knowledge for my friends who were not fortunate enough to be taught the important things in life.

Sometimes this is the image we get in life..... things are not in order, going a million different directions, and there seems to be nothing but chaos. Thank goodness we really are not in charge, even when we think we are! We follow the commands of someone higher than us who will help us get where we are going. We just have to listen for the commands and not the noises of the crowd. We have to keep our eyes on Him at all times. He is our director.

And when we do, He brings order and clarity and we fulfill the purpose we were meant to be part of.

This is my first blog..... i am no longer a blogger virgin...... there is so much freedom; here, i must be careful. My trainer, Lindsay, helped me get started. She knows so much!!!

I will be sharing my "feelings" with you since Kurt really doesn't want to know what I am feeling. Just get to the facts! Well here's a fact for you..... "It's time to eat!"
